In a viral movie from San Diego, a metropolis in California in the United States, the thief is observed thieving a bicycle. Although he is leaving the shop, a Golden Retriever techniques quickly at him. San Diego law enforcement division took to Instagram and appealed to folks to assist capture the perpetrator.
"The suspect is explained as a white male, very last observed donning a blue and white hat, grey shirt, blue shorts, and orange athletic sneakers. He was carrying a black and blue backpack," the law enforcement division posted on Instagram.
