Soon after a sequence of armed forces setbacks, which drew criticism of the Russian Army's management, Moscow on Saturday named Sergey Surovikin as a new basic to guide the Ukraine offensive.
The Russian defence ministry explained Surovikin experienced been appointed "commander of the Joint Grouping of Forces in the locations of the specific armed forces procedure", working with the Kremlin's expression for the offensive.
