In 2021, the Nobel prize in Chemistry was awarded to researchers Benjamin Record and David W.C. MacMillan for identifying an environmentally cleaner way to create molecules when in 2020 the award was provided to Emmanuelle Charpentier and Jennifer Doudna for identifying gene know-how software CRISPR/Cas9 genetic scissors.
The Nobel prize bulletins kicked off on Monday with Swedish scientist Svante Paabo obtaining the award in drugs for his function on the Neanderthal DNA.

Frenchman Alain Part, American John F. Clauser and Austrian Anton Zeilinger jointly received the prize in physics on Tuesday for their function in quantum physics.

The awards will keep on with literature on Thursday, peace prize on Friday and the economics award on Monday. The Nobel prizes have a funds award of ten million Swedish kronor (just about $900,000) and will be handed out on December ten.
