Russia explained that the 4 locations of Ukraine that held referendums on becoming a member of Russia will be integrated into the nation on Friday. Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov explained that Russian President Vladimir Putin will show up at a ceremony in the Kremlin at which they will be formally folded into Russia.
“The heads of the 4 locations wherever the 5-working day voting wrapped up Tuesday will signal treaties to be a part of Russia throughout Friday’s ceremony at the Kremlin’s St. George’s Corridor,” Kremlin spokesman explained.

Russian-backed officers held referendums in two locations in Ukraine's east and two in the south- Luhansk, Donetsk, Kherson and Zaporizhzhia- on whether or not the places want to be a part of Russia. The West and Ukraine denounced the referendums as illegitimate and sham.
The transfer to keep referendums will come at a time when Russia is on a back again-foot as Ukraine's counter-offensive has recaptured territory that Moscow seized given that its February invasion. Russian President Vladimir Putin has also introduced partial mobilisation of the country's 2 million-solid armed forces reserves.
