The initially photo of the new ledger stone marking Queen Elizabeth II's last resting position in Windsor was unveiled by the Buckingham Palace on Saturday. The photograph of the ledger stone is now mounted at the King George VI Memorial Chapel- which is found in the St Gorge's Chapel in Windsor- soon after the monarch's burial.
The black burial stone is engraved in memory of the Queen, her mothers and fathers, and her late partner Prince Philip, the Duke of Edinburgh. The stone replaces the prior slab which was focused to the Queen's mothers and fathers- George VI and the Queen Mom.

The stone now reads "George VI 1895-1952" and "Elizabeth 1900-2002" adopted by a steel Garter Star, and then "Elizabeth II 1926-2022" and "Philip 1921-2021".

The stone is surrounded by floral tributes marking the Queen's demise and created of hand-carved Belgian black marble with brass letter inlays which are comparable to the the prior ledger stone, BBC claimed.

Queen Elizabeth II was laid to relaxation in a personal burial at George VI Memorial Chapel. The burial adopted the condition funeral at Westminster Abbey and committal provider in Windsor.
